They upgraded me to a reasonably large and neat room with a LOVELY view of the hills. the hotel's location was reasonably priced and stunning. - Short walk to all the major attractions. - Far enough from the mess in a good neighborhood.

The staff here were absolutely amazing and made sure that I felt comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. They really understood my needs and went above and beyond to provide excellent solutions. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with great facilities in the rooms and bathrooms. The location is also perfect - situated in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I especially loved the delicious breakfast that was prepared fresh for me. The owners were so friendly and gave me great recommendations for shops and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Despite the overall positive experience, the hotel can be a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. Additionally, the breakfast menu was a bit limited and waiting in a long queue for food was not ideal.

The spacious rooms were a great value for money and kept very clean by the helpful staff. The property was well-maintained with a new feel to it. Despite being a bit away from key areas, it was easily accessible via auto or Uber. The hospitality was top-notch and the attentive staff always tried hard to please the guests with their service.
The lack of non-veg options was a downside. Breakfast was just average with limited variety and small breakfast area, causing waits for seating sometimes.

If you're backpacking, this hotel could be an ideal stopover, located in a clean and modern neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean with impressive washrooms fitted with top-quality amenities. You can enjoy a refreshing morning view of Lake Pichola while dining on the top floor. The staff is courteous and helpful, assisting with sightseeing and offering suggestions for local cuisine.
Some might find the hotel to be slightly far from town attractions, and there are still improvements to be made in terms of breakfast and staff's english-speaking skills.
